🎙️ About Artificial Insights
Artificial Insights is an interview-based podcast about how AI is changing the shape and landscape of work, life, and the very people using it.
In recent years, AI has become capable of things humans simply cannot do: holding entire organizations in context, compressing signals into decisions, and executing work at a speed and scale that reshapes markets. What often receives less attention is how those capabilities are changing people, teams, and institutions, and how work, judgment, and trust shift when remembering, summarizing, and executing are no longer scarce.
If you are interested in conversations that take those changes seriously, this is the show (and newsletter) for you!
🔍 What the Show Explores
Rather than tracking models, benchmarks, or product demos, Artificial Insights examines how AI is reshaping work, incentives, and value creation. The conversations focus on questions that emerge once AI works well enough to be taken for granted.
What happens to judgment when memory is automated? How does experience change when context becomes cheap? As execution accelerates, which human skills begin to matter more rather than less? We pull those questions out of the abstract and see how they show up in how teams are organized, how products are priced, and how responsibility is assigned.
The show treats AI less as a technical artifact and more as an economic and organizational force, paying attention to where friction moves, how incentives shift, and what new forms of work materialize.
🧠 Who We Talk To
Each episode features a long-form conversation with people close to these shifts. That includes builders rethinking how products should be designed when AI is embedded rather than bolted on, operators watching workflows bend in unexpected ways as automation moves friction to new places, researchers and publishers grappling with authorship, ownership, and attribution, and sales and go-to-market leaders reconsidering persuasion, pricing, and value as information asymmetry shrinks.
🗓️ Release Schedule and Newsletter
New interviews are released every other Friday, with bonus specials published between main episodes.
TL;DL is the companion newsletter, published on Substack every other Tuesday. It distills key ideas from each conversation and is written by Arianne Manary, editor and producer of the podcast. If you prefer to think through these topics in writing, you can check out the TL;DL newsletter here.
Alongside, Daniel Manary writes Human Thoughts—a separate thought leadership newsletter where he goes deeper and further with the ideas explored on the podcast. These essays extend beyond individual episodes, connecting themes across conversations and reflecting on how AI is reshaping work, judgment, and value over time. If you enjoy slower, more reflective writing, you can subscribe to Human Thoughts here.
👥 About the Hosts
The podcast is hosted by Daniel Manary and produced and edited by Arianne Manary. Together, they run Manary.haus, an AI and technology consultancy working with organizations that want to adopt AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and with long-term impact in mind.
The show exists alongside their client work as a place to surface patterns, trade-offs, and lived experience from people building and operating AI systems in the real world.
